【摘要】:1.1この規格は,電気駆動式鉄道用の電力変換装置によって給電される交流主電動機(以下,主電動機という。)に適用する。なお,鉄道車両用の補助電動機にも適用することができる。この規格の目的は,試験によって主電動機の性能を確認し,その規定された負荷に対する性能を評価し,かつ,他の主電動機との比較評価基準を規定することである。この規格に定めた内容以外の試験をIEC61377に基づいて実施する場合,重複を避けるために,形式試験又は調査試験は,組合せ試験と同じ試験台で実施することが望ましい。

【摘要】:Theutility,range,andefficacyofadhesivesinclinicalmedicinearewelldocumentedintheliterature.Whetherbeingusedasanadhesive,hemostatic,sealant,orcarrierfordrugsorgrowthfactors,orboth,thescopeofadhesiveuseinclinicalmedicinecontinuestoexpand.Thereareseveralfactorswhicharevitaltothesuccessandefficacyofamedicaltissueadhesiveincluding,(1)adequatetissuebondingstrength,(2)tissuecompatibility,(3)acceptablebiodegradablepropertieswhentheadhesiveisusedinternally,(4)availability,(5)easeofapplication,and(6)cost.Medicaladhesivesarecurrentlyusedforavarietyofapplicationsandtissuetypes.Applicationsrangefromfixationofexternaltissuestointernalapplicationforusewitheithersimilarordissimilaropposingsurfaces.Whilethebiologicalorchemicalmakeup,orboth,oftheadhesivemaydefineitscharacteristics,additionalmechanicalfactorsincludingadhesivevolumeormethodofapplication,orboth,mayalsocontributesignificantlytowardtheperformanceoftheadhesive.Inanefforttofairlyandadequatelyquantifyadhesivebondingstrengthformedicaladhesives,itisimportanttodevelopaconsistent,reproducibletestingstandardforevaluativeandcomparativepurposes.Duetothefactthattheadhesiveswillbeusedonorinlivingtissues,areadilyavailablebiologicaltestingsurfaceispreferred.Thedatageneratedfromastandardizedtestingmethodonbiologictissuemayvaryfromthatfoundinvivo,however,testingresultsshouldoffervaluableinformationonthepotentialbondingcapacityandforthepreparationofsubsequentinvivoexperiments.Thecomplexityandvarietyofindividualapplicationsfortissueadhesivedevices,evenwithinasingleindicateduse(surgicalprocedure),issuchthattheresultsofatensiletestarenotsuitablefordeterminingallowabledesignstresseswithoutthoroughanalysisandunderstandingoftheapplicationandadhesivebehaviors.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforcomparingadhesivesorbondingprocessesforsusceptibilitytofatigueandenvironmentalchanges,butsuchcomparisonsmustbemadewithgreatcautionsincedifferentadhesivesmayresponddifferentlytovaryingconditions.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideameansforcomparisonoftheadhesivestrengthsoftissueadhesivesintendedforuseassurgicaladhesivesorsealants,orboth,onsofttissue.Withtheappropriatechoiceofsubstrate,itmayalsobeusedforpurposesofqualitycontrolinthemanufactureoftissueadhesivebasedmedicaldevices.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
