【摘要】:Whenfuelsarecombusted,metalspresentinthefuelscanformlowmeltingcompoundsthatarecorrosivetometalparts.Metalspresentattracelevelsinpetroleumcandeactivatecatalystsduringprocessing.Thesetestmethodsprovideameansofquantitativelydeterminingtheconcentrationsofvanadium,nickel,iron,andsodium.Thus,thesetestmethodscanbeusedtoaidindeterminingthequalityandvalueofthecrudeoilandresidualoil.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofnickel,vanadium,iron,andsodiumincrudeoilsandresidualfuelsbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS).Twodifferenttestmethodsarepresented.1.2TestMethodA,Sections-FlameAASisusedtoanalyzeasamplethatisdecomposedwithacidforthedeterminationoftotalNi,V,andFe.1.3TestMethodB,Sections-FlameAASisusedtoanalyzeasampledilutedwithanorganicsolventforthedeterminationofNi,V,andNa.Thistestmethodusesoil-solublemetalsforcalibrationtodeterminedissolvedmetalsanddoesnotpurporttoquantitativelydeterminenordetectinsolubleparticulates.Hence,thistestmethodmayunderestimatethemetalcontent,especiallysodium,presentasinorganicsodiumsalts.1.4Theconcentrationrangescoveredbythesetestmethodsaredeterminedbythesensitivityoftheinstruments,theamountofsampletakenforanalysis,andthedilutionvolume.AspecificstatementisgiveninNote0.1.5Foreachelement,eachtestmethodhasitsownuniqueprecision.Theusercanselecttheappropriatetestmethodbasedontheprecisionrequiredforthespecificanalysis.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificwarningstatementsaregivenin7.1,8.2,8.5,102,10.4,and15.1.
