【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60605specifiesprocedurestoverifytheassumptionofaconstantfailurerateorconstantfailureintensityasdefinedinIEC60050(191).Theseproceduresareapplicablewheneveritisnecessarytoverifytheseassumptions.Thismaybeduetoarequirementorforthepurposeofassessingthebehaviourintimeofthefailurerateorthefailureintensity.ThetestsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardareoneofthefollowing:-totestwhetherthetimestofailureofitemsareexponentiallydistributed,i.e.thefailurerateisconstant;-totestwhetherthetimesbetweenfailuresofasinglerepaireditemdonothaveanytimetrend,i.e.thefailureintensitydoesnotexhibitanincreasingordecreasingtrend.
