【摘要】:p>Theuseoftheseacceptancetestswillinsurethatorganizationsbuyingportableheaterswillbeassuredtheheatersmeetcertainperformancerequirements.1.1Thisspecificationisusedtostandardizetheportableairheatersusedonpersonneldecontaminationlinestoinsuretheheatersprovidesufficientheatedairforpersonnelcomfortbefore,during,andafterthedecontaminationforaslongastheyareneededduringtheemergency.Note18212;Theseheatersarenotintendedtobeusedforthedecontaminationforanyothersurfaceormaterial.Also,theseheatersareintendedtobeportableandeasytousebyfirstrespondersduringachemical,biological,radiological,nuclear,andexplosive(CBRNE)event.1.2Thisspecificationcontainsaspecificationsectionandatestmethodssectionsousersneedtorefertothesectionapplicabletotheirneedswhenusingthisstandardspecification.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note28212;TheU.S.firstresponderpersonnelusingtheequipmentmanufacturedunderthisstandardarenotlikelytobefamiliarwithSIunitssoEnglishunitsneedtobeincludedaspartofthesystemdocumentationandshownoncontrolpanelsforanyequipmentsoldtoU.S.organizations.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.10.1Thesetestmethodsshallbeusedtoinsureportableairheaterscomplywiththerequirementsofthisspecification.
