【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271isapplicabletoa.c.circuit-breakersdesignedforindoororoutdoorinstallationandforoperationatfrequenciesof50Hzand60Hzonsystemshavingvoltagesabove1000V.Itisonlyapplicabletothree-polecircuit-breakersforuseinthree-phasesystemsandsinglepolecircuit-breakersforuseinsingle-phasesystems.Two-polecircuit-breakersforuseinsingle-phasesystemsandapplicationatfrequencieslowerthan50Hzaresubjecttoagreementbetweenmanufactureranduser.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotheoperatingdevicesofcircuit-breakersandtotheirauxiliaryequipment.However,acircuit-breakerwithaclosingmechanismfordependentmanualoperationisnotcoveredbythisstandard,asaratedshort-circuitmaking-currentcannotbespecified,andsuchdependentmanualoperationmaybeobjectionablebecauseofsafetyconsiderations.Rulesforcircuit-breakerswithanintentionalnon-simultaneitybetweenthepolesareunderconsideration;circuit-breakersprovidingsingle-poleauto-reclosingarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcovercircuit-breakersintendedforuseonmotivepowerunitsofelectricaltractionequipment;thesearecoveredbyIEC60077[1].Generatorcircuit-breakersinstalledbetweengeneratorandstep-uptransformerarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.SwitchingofinductiveloadsiscoveredbyIEC62271-110.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverself-trippingcircuit-breakerswithmechanicaltrippingdevicesordeviceswhichcannotbemadeinoperative.Circuit-breakersinstalledasby-passswitchesinparallelwithlineseriescapacitorsandtheirprotectiveequipmentarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.ThesearecoveredbyIEC62271-109[2]andIEC60143-2[3].
